Heating & Cooling Systems
Choose the plan that fits your needs:
- $13/month: Safety inspection for heating system or air conditioner
- $26/month: Safety inspections for both heating and cooling (or heat pump) systems
Each inspection includes:
- 19-point safety inspection for heating or cooling system
- Carbon monoxide testing for your heating system
- 1-year warranty on all repairs
Please note: This membership does not cover oil heating systems.
Plumbing System
- Annual inspection of toilets, sinks, and faucets for leaks and proper operation.
- Visual inspection of the water heater and the anode rod.
- Check the operation of the sump pump (if accessible).
- Inspect all exposed pipes, drains, and water lines.
